Terms & Conditions of the g bajee Platform
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and g bajee governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using g bajee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. This platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only.
Registration and use of the g bajee platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors are prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or placing wagers under any circumstance.
Each player may hold only one registered account on g bajee. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. All balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided upon discovery.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on g bajee involve real money in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Gambling involves financial risk. Players should only wager amounts they are comfortable losing and should never chase losses.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the g bajee online gaming platform, accessible at g-bajee.im ("the Platform"), and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and g bajee ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1.1 Modifications to These Terms
g bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, platform features, or business practices. 1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all respects.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on g bajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
- You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by g bajee.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of g bajee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are acting voluntarily and with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers online gambling platforms.
2.1 Age Verification
g bajee takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. During the registration process, you will be required to provide identification documents confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or such other government-issued identification as g bajee may accept at its discretion.
g bajee reserves the right to suspend access to your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending completion of age verification at any point during your use of the Platform, not only at registration. If age verification reveals that you are or were under 18 at any point during your use of the Platform, your account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned after deducting the cost of any wagers placed.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
g bajee primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. g bajee makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the g bajee Platform — including making deposits, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times.
3.1 Account Information Accuracy
You must provide your legal full name, valid date of birth, current residential address, active email address, and a valid mobile phone number during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of account balances.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on g bajee. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure:
- Registering multiple accounts under your own name or identity.
- Registering an account using another person's identity, address, or payment details.
- Accessing the Platform through an account registered by another person on your behalf.
- Operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, wagering requirements, or withdrawal limits.
If duplicate accounts are identified, g bajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses and winnings derived from those accounts, and retain any deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. g bajee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
g bajee accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, except where such losses result directly from g bajee's own negligence or breach.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
g bajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at g bajee's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in account restrictions until verification is complete.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
g bajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via a range of locally available payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional payment-method-specific terms that may apply.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the g bajee Platform:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
g bajee reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on g bajee is ৳200 via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum deposit via bank card or bank transfer may differ and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. g bajee does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — the same method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. g bajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
- Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer.
g bajee reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During any security review, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
4.4 Currency and Exchange
All transactions on the g bajee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). g bajee does not apply currency conversion charges. If your payment provider converts currencies on their end, any exchange rate differences or fees are outside of g bajee's control and are the responsibility of the payment provider.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
g bajee offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms associated with each individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates will be specified per promotion.
- g bajee reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, its specific terms are fixed for the duration of that bonus's validity period.
- Bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiry date.
5.2 Misuse of Bonuses
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or colluding with other players in bonus-related activities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g bajee reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings and to close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
5.3 Seasonal and Special Promotions
g bajee may offer seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions will carry their own specific terms and validity periods communicated at the time of the offer. Participation in any promotion is voluntary.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the g bajee Platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read the individual game rules before placing real-money wagers.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All slot games and fixed-odds casino games on the g bajee Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are provably random and not subject to manipulation by the Operator or any third party. 6.2 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

- Settlement of bets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI) or, in the absence of an official result, at g bajee's reasonable discretion.
- g bajee reserves the right to void bets placed after the conclusion of an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, connectivity error, or software fault during a game round or live betting event, g bajee reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond a full wager refund will be payable in the event of a technical malfunction. g bajee is not liable for losses resulting from Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
g bajee reserves the right to apply maximum win limits on individual game rounds, daily payouts, and withdrawal amounts. Maximum payout limits will be communicated in the cashier section and within individual game rules where applicable. Any winnings that exceed applicable limits may be paid in instalments at g bajee's discretion.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g bajee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their express authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or external parties in connection with any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
- Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to charge-back or reverse any deposit made to your g bajee account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with g bajee's support team.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing g bajee's customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any part of g bajee's backend systems or infrastructure.
- Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to mask your geographic location or circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by g bajee.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or g bajee may close your account at any time. The process and consequences of account closure depend on the reason for closure and are governed by the terms set out in this section.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your g bajee account of your own accord, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active withdrawal holds are in place. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion directly from their Account Settings dashboard or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options include temporary breaks of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. 8.3 Account Suspension or Closure by g bajee
g bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players.
In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, g bajee reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, to withhold the account balance pending investigation and any required reporting to authorities.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g bajee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. g bajee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
